Spark takes pride in providing our customers with world-class support. Our support specialists are all highly qualified and are always ready to help you. Whether you are a seasoned Distrix user or just starting out you can count on Spark to answer your questions and resolve your issues.
Web Support: Members of the Distrix Support Program can use the Support Web Site to submit and track support requests, download product documentation, and download software. You will be asked to provide the user name and password issued by Spark Integration Technologies.
Email Support: Submit a question or request by email to support@sparkintegration.com, and one of our support specialists will respond by email or phone.
Phone Support: Call (604) 736-6675 and speak to one of our support specialists. Support hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, excluding holidays.
